I've been the first ops hire at a furniture retailer scaling from $1M to $10M, worked in the pilot programs division at a national research organization serving 10,000+ participants, and scaled customer operations at a fertility benefits platform managing enterprise accounts. At Stork Club (fertility benefits platform), I served as Head of Revenue & Customer Operations and built the operational backbone that allowed us to scale enterprise clients:
